DETAILS ON THE SPACE & LOCATION: - Beautiful industrial windows with white floor and walls for great natural light. - Great for all types of photography and small video productions. - Separate lounge area with couches, chairs, TV, & sound system for talent, clients, and general relaxation. - Large bathroom great for wardrobe. - 5 blocks from BART, and right by 880. - In the Fruitvale district, and walking distance to some of the best taco trucks in the Bay Area. - Street level with large sliding garage door in the studio, great for equipment loading/unloading - One off Street gated parking spot, the rest free on street parking. - Shooting space is around ~300 sq ft. The space was larger than I was expecting from the photos which was really nice and allowed for greater flexibility. The studio being so well equipped was also really handy. Logan was super responsive and communicative which made the whole process seamless. Parking was also easy! I was using the space for a headshot shoot and I think if I had booked it for a slightly later time slot, we would've had more natural light from those west-facing windows, but I brought lighting to augment and ultimately set up in front of the huge main door which was the play. Thanks Logan!
