About the Space
Surrounded in beautiful landscape, this 1-acre backyard has plenty of seating for large groups. We specialize in large groups!....message me for accommodations. Premium Amenities included (Sept-May): large swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, cabana with lounge furniture, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speaker, swing chairs, both lunch & dinner tables, poolside umbrella, sun loungers, and grill. Great space for events. The Cleaning fee includes VIP host to take care of you...Joe, your VIP host will greet your guests and usher them for parking and to the party area, help unload/carry stuff from your car, help decorate, help setup/move tables/chairs, fire up the grill with our own gas (and even grill your food so you can spend more time swimming/socializing), make sure you continually have fresh dry hand towels in the bathroom, inflate pool floats, store freezer/fridge items, answer any questions, and help you with anything (ie, supplies you may have forgotten: birthday candles, wine opener, etc.). He'll make you feel like a VIP and make sure your party has a fantastic time! All I ask is that you take care of Joe (Gratuity is truly appreciated!)You'll feel like a VIP in a Vegas resort!

Between each booking, we wipe down everything that can be touched by human hand with disinfectant and spray disinfectant on fabric cushions. Hand towels are replaced. Hand Sanitizers and disinfectant cleaning products are provided for guests for piece of mind.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
