This space in Downtown LA is a multi-purpose creative space available on a temporary basis. It is suitable for pop-up shops, events, production, showrooms and as a gallery space. We are located at the corner of Broadway & Olympic – a historic and upcoming area of DTLA, walking distance to the Downtown PROPER Hotel and opposite to the ACE Hotel and Acne Studios, sharing foot traffic with Formerly Yes, A.P.C., Aesop and Oak. It has one large storefront with wrap around window displays on either side of the space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
