The main living/dining space can accommodate up to 30 people (with minimal furniture, standing room); three breakout rooms, including a sunroom, offer spaces for up to 15 people total. The outdoor spaces (up to 50 people) includes a patio, long lawn in the back and a wooded area up the hill for scenic nature and wildlife views all year round. There are folding tables and chairs for event or meeting style seating.
