About the Space
ATTENTION BEFORE BOOKING. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING... 125 E 11Th St Los Angeles, CA 90015 United States PARKING SITUATION: The Parking Lot Is Located On 1023 S. Los Angeles St. Los Angeles, CA 90015 United ( $10.00 Parking all day) States. As well as meter street parking on, MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OWN THE BUILDING WE ONLY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR SPACE! OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open 24HRS (THE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE let the host know before hand so they can help!) CAUITON: (We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.) TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $10) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. EXTRA FEE CHARGES: -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment Last minute rescheduling fee: $150.00 Pet Fee: $100.00 Smoking fee: $100.00 Alcohol fee: $100.00 NO SMOKING ( FEE FOR SMOKING DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) NO ALCOHOL ( THE FEE FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DESPITE THE RULES IS $100.00 ) The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials. ADDONS: (Meaning additional cost this is not included) - 4 LED Nanlites $150.00 -Bathroom (Located around the corner of the room #) -Space to change EQUIPMENT: 2 extension chord with 3 plug ins. SOUND DETAILS: Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud.Also a shared space if someone else books other studio next to it. PS. One of the workers will be there to explain the space. (Sometimes we are in there and sometimes we are not but we are close by if you need any help) We be sure to explain everything fully in the beginning of booking. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in the space (but will give you your privacy) and sometimes not but close. Also we are currently doing over the phone walkthroughs for booking to take more Covid 19 safe protocols. “

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This rooftop was amazing, and it was way nicer looking in person when we got there. Very clean kept and had plenty of room for us to move around with different angles we could shoot our video from.
