Ample metered parking right outside the unit, as well as two public parking ramps within one block or less. One is kitty corner from the event space entrance! Public parking ramp entrance on 10th and Washington, guest can leave ramp on southeast corner of ramp and walk right across the street and the event space entrance is just a few steps down!

Your agreed upon booking time slot must include any set up time desired, as there will be possible limited turn over time between events, especially for weekend events. No Smoking in the unit. No Smoking Marijuana, or drug use, anywhere inside or outside. Automatic $500 fine and event shall be shut down if this occurs. Outside catering IS allowed. Hour of operation are 8am - 10pm Sun-Thurs, and 9am-11pm fri-sat. I do provide place settings (plates, glassware, utensils) for small private dinner groups as a secondary backup for about a dozen guests. For small private dinner parties (12-24 people) i have settings on site upon initial request on booking and confirmation. Guests are responsible for their own food requirements, but i do have some equipment on site for added help. Please ask for any specifics. I always have paper plates, solo cups, napkins, on site for backups so you have no fear of running out. Plenty of paper towels always on site and provided, along with garbage bags. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE SPEAKERS, SOUND SYSTEMS, SUBS. There is plenty of sound by the music system provided. There will be a $500 fine for any outside systems found on the premises and event could be cancelled immediately, with no refund. No confetti or glitter allowed of any size or kind. There will be an additional $250 cleaning fee, on top of the required $200 standard cleaning fee, if confetti or glitter is founds after your event. There will be a full time, on site, professional, event manager at all times of your event. (*Owner reserves the right to not have event manager present, for some events based on his judgement alone*) He will greet you for access, be there for support and safety, as well as proper shut down of your event. He is strictly there for your safety and the safety of your guests, and keeps out of the inside space so you can enjoy your event and guests. The event manager is also available for any questions you have throughout your event. BY ACCEPTING YOUR EVENT BOOKING, ALL HOSTS AGREE TO THE ABOVE RULES AND FINES.
