About the Space
Perfectly nestled in West Berkeley, just a short walk from Aquatic Park and the Fourth Street shops, including some of Berkeley’s best eateries: Viks, Tomate, Iyasare, and Tacubaya. Sacred Space Yoga Sanctuary is right across the street. Need a quick breath of fresh air? Take a jog over the pedestrian bridge for views of the Bay and Berkeley Marina. We pride ourselves on working with the community to create a space to serve surrounding freelancers, remote employees, artists, entrepreneurs and small companies. We are here to provide an inspiring environment of productivity, collaboration and creativity. We are not only a shared office space for working – but prime venue for community events, workshops, dance & fitness classes, art exhibitions and more. Welcome to your community headquarters! Our outdoor patio is an oasis away from hectic city life. Our bright and funky space is perfectly accented by the lush garden greenery. Furniture is easily moved around per request. Host a weekend sunrise yoga class, or have host a family get together in the sunshine!

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lovely outdoor space and Eli, the host, was very helpful on the day. There is an angry neighbour who shouted at us over the fence through a megaphone and took photos/videos as we were decorating, despite the fact we weren't making much noise. Thankfully, she settled down, but definitely added some stress and could have derailed the event. Otherwise, it was a great venue.

We had a breakfast after our wedding at this beautiful space. Great space, more spacious than the pictures make it seem. Rolf was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this.

The host and helper at the venue were excellent and very responsive. The venue was absolutely beautiful and just the look I was going for with my garden-themed baby shower. I’m docking stars for my review for the terrible neighbor next door who insisted on blaring distasteful sounds through a megaphone directly into our party while we were playing baby shower games.

This space is absolutely gorgeous and worked very well for our Pop-up. All the vendors loved it. Isaac was great when showing us the space and when we arrived Eli was there onsite and he was great with his hospitality. We are looking forward to renting the space again at a later date. Thanks again for everything.

Issac’s space was so beautiful. We rented it for a bridal shower & we’re really pleased with everything. Especially Issac’s hospitality. The only down side was we had to keep the speaker pretty low because of city rules, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Other than that, we really loved it & would most certainly rent it again.
