Julian is a great communicator. I reached out before booking to make sure my event would work in this spot. He responded clearly, quickly, and often. The space itself is very nice and could be used for multiple types of events. The staff were excellent as well. I defintely recommend using the spot.

Great space, kind wanted the light from the side of the building in front of me for a window shadow feel, but very versatile space. One downside was the host was moving around a lot and backdrop changes were a bit slow, we had to race daylight.
