About the Space
Located in the Prior Works Building in St Paul. Our space is an industrial, open, 1460 square foot, space with beautiful natural light that is provided by two windows measuring 10 feet tall by 15 feet long. It boasts 14 foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and microwave available and a sitting area. Food and beverages are allowed to be brought in for your event. We have 4 tables (2 six foot and 2 five foot) and 20 folding chairs that are available for use for your event. It gives just enough space for a birthday party, baby shower, or other small event! Please note: our calendar IS NOT linked with the Peerspace calendar so the availability may not always be accurate.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is amazing! Will was very friendly and informative when he let us in the space. Highly recommend! We had it booked from 1:00-3:00pm and the lighting definitely started to fade away after 2:00 just a heads up! Booking a little earlier in the day is probably best!

She even offers a walk though prior to your reservation so there are no surprises the day of your session. There is plenty of room, seating options and natural light.
