Located conveniently in Koreatown in the Center of LA. We have subleased space for other professionals in the past. Available currently are: 4 private offices available (4 small 1 large) for day use and a large conference room that can seat up to 8 people at the table with standing room for 5-6 additional people. Conference room has 50+ inch flat screen with Chromecast and HDMI. Google Wifi throughout the office. Ideal for medium size team meetings where you can break off into private offices if needed. However, if given at least 10 days notice we can have all our staff work from home and the whole office available for rent with myself and/or my office manager available on site for questions and issues. We are modern law firm with 8 private offices, 4 cubicle spaces, a large conference room, waiting room and two additional front office work stations. All spaces have windows and views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Space is cleaned at least twice a day. The cubicle spaces were built out by the landlord with the entire office in the shape of an L along the window line. Lots of natural light and very clean looking.

Motimedia C. booked a video shoot for a commercial for 10 people
We did a small commercial shoot here and the space did appear as advertised. However, Mark had very slow response time on peerspace and absolutely no responses at all on production day when the building wasn't opened until 45 minutes after the scheduled time.
Elora N. booked a photoshoot for 5 people
Perfect space, easy to access and nice and clean! The lady at the front desk was rude but maybe that’s because she works in a cubicle idk
