About the Space
Located conveniently in Koreatown in the Center of LA. We've had independent films filmed here for medical and professional office settings. We have subleased space for other professionals. 3 private offices available (2 small 1 large) for rent and a large conference room that can seat up to 8 people at the table with standing room for 4-5 additional people. Conference room has 50+ inch flat screen with Chromecast and HDMI. Google Wifi throughout the office. We are modern law firm with 8 private offices 4 cubicle spaces, a large conference room, waiting room and two additional front office work stations. All spaces have windows and views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. The cubicle spaces were built out by the landlord with the entire office in the shape of an L along the window line. Lots of natural light and very clean looking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We did a small commercial shoot here and the space did appear as advertised. However, Mark had very slow response time on peerspace and absolutely no responses at all on production day when the building wasn't opened until 45 minutes after the scheduled time.
