Perfect for live-streams, podcasting, documentary, photo shoots, tv/movie, interviews, music videos, label listening parties etc. Very cool downtown vibe. Intimate club/bar setting. Full sound system with mixing board and PAs installed. Professional stage lighting allows for capturing any vibe. Professionally soundproofed for best quality sound/recording. Unique and fully hand crafted wood bar and stage. Good size outdoor roof deck. All built in 2018.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Definitely would recommend this location! Nice venue, complete control of lights and all the elements on stage, looked great on camera, and Rick the production manager was real chill and made the whole process super easy. Only downside was the size; it’s a pretty small stage, but that wasn’t an issue for our production.

Very cool space, especially for music shows & events. Sandra was quick to respond. There was a staff member there to assist us which was very helpful. The only thing I will mention is that if you are looking for a sound proof space to hold an interview, this is not the ideal space. They don't have access to shut off the venting system which rattles a bit. That said, we made it work. While I would probably not use the space again for an interview, I would definitely consider it for a private event.
