About the Space
Flexible space that has good light. Available for photo shoots, small gatherings, pop-up dinners and boutiques, community meetings, and much more! The interior of the studio is furnished with a lounge area including 2 couches and 2 arm chairs. There is also a long table with 5 chairs inside, and 2 long tables with 11 chairs outside on a lush patio space. There are cafe lights for night events and "sails" that help with extra sunny days. We have lots of amenities included and for rent. Please let us know what you're in need of we can see how we can help!

1 long table inside and 2 long tables outside. There's also a folding table in the space that you're welcome to use at no charge.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space was lovely for our staff meeting/ content filming! It was very cute and versatile, we would definitely recommend. We nervous about parking but our staff was able to find parking around the corner (it was Friday Morning).

This space was absolutely perfect! Just as described, easy instructions to follow for getting in and using the space, and Jayme was so quick to respond to questions I had. Would 100% book again!

Jayme was very kind and responsive during booking! She answered all my questions and the instructions for check in/out were very straightforward. I think because it was quite hot that day (98 degrees F), it was quite warm inside when we had more than 15 people, however, the AC did help a bit and it eventually cooled down outside after 6:30 pm. The space was clean, inside and outside in the patio. We had a total of 28 people in the space and everyone had a lot of fun! Parking was quite easy as well. I'd recommend avoiding a super hot day and waiting until it cools down if you have a large party. Otherwise, it's an excellent spot and I'd reserve this space again if I ever need it in the future!

Such a great space, quiet and with great light. Location is walkable to a handful of good spots and the back patio was lovely on a sunny day.
