About the Space
This ranch gives the feel of being out in the wild west with vistas onto golden, craggy peaks and wide open spaces, but we are just 2 minutes off the 118 freeway. Easy to find and hard to forget. 75 oak trees create shaded gathering places and mature pines and eucalyptus sing in the wind. We are a farmed animal sanctuary and home to emus, alpacas, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, frogs, turtles and fish. The picnic area features lots of open space, olive trees and fruit trees and a kitchen that can serve food directly to the picnic area. We have a chef you can hire to make your meals amazing and convenient. The 37,000 gallon pond currently hosts a chorus of frogs, but the koi are on the way. In the cooler months the hill next to the goat pen has amazing views of the San Fernando Valley and boulders that are works of art in themselves.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
