About the Space
Family oasis pool home in a contemporary/transitional decor style with a timeless and relaxing feel. Open concept throughout which exudes great natural light and lots of depth/options for shooting. Fresh and modern kitchen perfect for culinary shoots, featuring custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz waterfall counters. Large master bedroom with a custom spa bathroom, great for beauty shoots. Entertainment room includes a bar, piano, and disco ball. Relaxing guest bedroom, guest bath, and nursery provides for more shooting opportunities. The backyard is a private resort-like oasis with a large pool and tons of grassy space.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hands down, my favorite location to rent out! Jamie was super responsive and so helpful through the whole process. Her husband Kevin was around when we were filming and was just wonderful! He was so responsive and just got really great vibes from both of them. Would love to have all my shoots here :) Thanks so much for such a great experience!

Such a beautiful space and nice host!! I loved taking photos here and was able to get everything I needed to get done within the hour. The white lighting is wonderful as well!! Host has a great sense of design!!

It was a great experience working with the host Jamie from start to finish. Very responsive and she even offered me to scout the location before the shoot, which was highly appreciated. As far as the location goes, it was perfect for our needs; modern, newly remodeled, and very diverse for a lifestyle skincare shoot. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

What an incredible space!!!! All of the rooms were immaculate. The kitchen and living room were incredible spaces for our photoshoot. Communication and cleanliness made the shoot flawless. Will be back!!!!

Jamie was an absolutely wonderful host! Her space was welcoming and served our photo/video needs extremely well. She was very flexible in ensuring my team could get all of our shots in before the end of the day. And best of all, she was great to chat with and made the experience that much better. I will certainly film here again!
