About the Space
WELCOME TO THE WAREHAUS (PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING OR REQUESTING TO BOOK) HAUS PVD is pleased to offer a unique and creative studio space located just outside of Providence, Rhode Island. This space was designed from the ground up by creatives, for creatives. Whether you're a seasoned filmmaker or a photographer just starting out, this studio can accommodate a wide variety of setups and productions. A standard booking includes the space, the house lights and our RGB Tube light kit (picture 1). The house lights (picture 2) operate on a single circuit, are non-dimmable and do not change colors. You will need to bring your own creative lighting if you choose to shoot something beyond the scope of a standard booking layout. If you do not have any additional lighting and want to rent some, we can create a custom lighting add-on that suits your shoot's needs. Any special requests regarding gear, lighting or set-design must be made in advance, prior to your booking, not onsite. Please note that bookings requested with less than 24 hours notice may not have the same amenities available to them. Please note that there is a 2 hour minimum for all bookings and your request will be denied if it ignores this requirement. We reserve the right to deny any booking that we see unfit for this space.

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
