Plenty of free parking behind the Columbus Artists Lofts. We suggest parking in the back of the building where the large field. Please do not enter the building, you must contact someone on our team to let you in.

No windows or external lighting 100% controllable setting, perfect for consistency.

This space is not recommended for recording audio without the help of an engineer. The building and surrounding tenants can be noisy at times, so please consider this if your booking an audio-sensitive shoot.

• A standard booking only includes the space and the house lights that are built into it. These lights operate on a single circuit, are non-dimmable and do not change colors (pictures 1 and 2). You will need to bring your own creative lighting if you choose to shoot something beyond the scope of your standard booking. If you do not have any additional lighting and want to rent some, we can create a custom lighting package that suits your shoot's needs. However, you will need to specify your request in advance, prior to your booking date. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please do not arrive or enter the building any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do not arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our studio manager arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time • Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25ppl — you will be charged more per hour. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it. That means cleaning up the space and putting back all props, if any were moved or used from other spaces. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, "buffers" must be included within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8p to avoid being billed overtime charges. • No loitering in the exterior parking lots. Other than initial gear load in / there should be no cast or crew in the parking lot for any reason. • No pyro of any kind (unless you have permit or a fire marshal present). • No guns or live weapons (props are okay, if approved by our staff) • No fake blood / no squibs / no color smoke bombs • No smoking inside the building • We allow music playback — but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC • No live bands or live instruments (drums / etc) • Haze & smoke machines are allowed • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment during your booking • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. • If any rules are broken, or for whatever reason, our staff feels you are disrespecting our space, we will cancel your booking and ask that you leave the property immediately. This type of cancellation is non-refundable.
