General Rules
*No smoking on property
*Pets may be permitted with prior approval
*Event time: 10am - 10pm (no music after 10pm)
*Additional insurance may be required based on the event

*Hourly rate is for outdoor space only; additional costs may incur if indoor space is requested
*Mobile potties may be required for any event over 20 guests (vendor list available and is guest's responsibilty)
*Furniture may be rearranged with permission, but guests are responsible for putting back
*All booking start and end times are inclusive of prep and event time, so please include that in your reservation. If your event runs past your reserved booking time, overtime will insure of time + 1/2 per Peerspace policy

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning procedure is in accordance with the CDC guidelines for outdoor areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
