About the Space
(CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING PHOTO-SHOOTS OR VERY SMALL PRODUCTIONS) -- The studio is a 5600 square foot raw industrial space in the Frogtown neighborhood of Los Angeles. ONLY 1 WALL IS KEPT CLEAR TO SHOOT AGAINST (see images), however, you are welcome to shoot anywhere in the warehouse space or parking lot. NOTE 1: We are an interior design and staging company and use most of the 5600 square feet for our inventory which is why this is the only open space/wall in the 5600 sqft. NOTE 2: We are happy to allow our Peerspacers to use any of the furniture or decor during your rental. This has been a great advantage in comparison to other studios in the area that up-charge for everything you use... If you need a chair, sofa, piece of art in your shoot, grab it and use it! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

BEST LOCATION HOST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never met such an incredibly iconic, attentive, amazing host like Sam. Sam and his space are a true gem of LA. We needed an industrial looking location with miscellaneous furniture bits and we found just that in this space! Sam has an amazing eye and taste. His vast collection of furniture (vintage and modern treasures) were available for us to shoot around. Sam took care of us and I would 10000000% book this location in a heartbeat any day. Huge thank you Sam!!!

Great space, great host. Sam’s space has a great look and feel for a variety of production needs. We shot an interview for a documentary and the space had a few different walls, furniture, and great natural lighting. It was also very quiet! Sam is a great host, he was easy to coordinate with and was on site for any and all needs. Great experience.

Had to find a very last minute basecamp for a music video shoot and Sam was extremely helpful. The space is beautiful and super cool, it has a good sized open parking lot (we had no problem fitting a few cars and having 3 large vans/trucks moving in and out), and it’s so spacious! We even had to blow up a bounce house inside for a scene and it fit very comfortably, with plenty of ceiling clearance. Sam was an excellent host, very laid back, friendly, and helpful. His adorable co-host Ash, a playful and well behaved pup, made the experience that much better. Definitely going to recommend his space and hope to rent again soon!
