Modern home in heart of Atlanta. Sits in Old Fourth Ward, near Beltline and Ponce City Market. Our home boasts of three living areas, seven bedrooms, and two kitchens. A skyline view is available on our rooftop terrace. The open floorplan will allow for large groups, filming, meetings. Plenty of space sleeps 20. Has a gigantic backyard in the city, which is unheard of. Beautiful lighting with large windows and hardwoods throughout.

Our home is professionally cleaned in between each booking. We limit bookings so that there is at least one day space between people coming and going. All linens are removed and washed. All hard surfaces are disenfected. Couches and rugs are cleaned regualarly as well. The ovens and fridges are cleaned after each use. All handles and doorknobs are wiped down as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
