We invite you to immerse yourself in a 1,000-square-foot light-soaked loft, situated in a converted piano factory from the 1920s. The space is complete with MCM finishings, unbelievable original artwork, and breathtaking 10-foot factory windows. our loft has been used as a set to many studios and streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Studios, Discovery, Showtime, LA Times, New York Magazine, and recently featured in New York Times. You can find us on Instagram @thepianofactoryloft Layout: This open space format and 12-foot ceilings provide ample room for any setup equipment. Most of the furniture can be moved easily, allowing for the space to be transformed for multiple-use shoots. The main space is the living room, which is located next to the factory windows. The bedroom and living are separated by a large Tobago bold brutalist chest dresser with a mirror and an idyllic library complete with two Cesca Armchairs by Marcel Breuer from the 1930s. The only enclosed space is the bathroom situated next to the entrance door. Natural Light: The 10-foot factory windows extend to both the main space and the dining room area. The southeast-facing factory windows provide incredible direct natural light in the morning and early afternoon, and indirect soft light throughout the day. All natural light can be completely blocked or controlled with our blackout West Elm Velvet Golden Oak curtains. Features by Location: Bedroom—Wall Lamp by Tommi Parzinger, two original large contemporary paintings, Jacques Adnet mirrior side tables, MCM Italian light fixtures from the 1950s, and Tobago bold brutalist nightstands.
