New home in the historic West Dallas. High ceilings, natural lighting, well decorated, open space. This house provides a casual, yet elegant environment to host your event, shoot, or experience. The space has a a half bath for use, a kitchen and sitting space. The space can hold a small group of guests. The driveway is available for parking, as well as street parking. On site surveillance.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

This space is absolutely gorgeous. The pics of this place was spot on. We were also able to use to back yard if we liked which was a plus because the yard is just as beautiful. The host Destinee was a gem. She give us access to her Kitchen and refrigerator which was a bonus. I would book again 😁

Not only would I book again, I DID book again. This was my 2nd time renting Destinee's space, and she was just as accommodating at the first. Even cleaned out her pantry for us so we could use it for our shoot. Highly recommend...thanks!
