There is usually free street parking, if not we share the tandem parking in the back. The gate opens outward and the driveway is narrow, so careful entry and exit is needed. Be sure to close the gate after.

House rules reminder during your stay, these are a result of previous guests. Enjoy your stay, please treat my home with respect and leave it as clean as you found it, if not better. -I recommend flip-flops or house shoes, the hardwood floors and tile can be cold in the mornings. -This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or on the property. Any smoking will result in a $100 fee. -If you are a smoker feel free to take a walk and smoke at least 20 ft off the property. -Please do not tamper with or remove the batteries from the smoke/carbon detectors a $100 fee will apply. -No pets allowed please. -Please be courteous of our neighbors and the tenants on site. Everyone comes and goes and keeps to themselves. Please do not harass or disturb anyone. -The spiral staircases in the back is for private entry only, please do not disturb the tenants. Feel free to enjoy the backyard. However, do not damage or destroy any plants. -There is to be no boisterous or vulgar conduct or unnecessary loud noise at any time. Televisions, radios, stereos, etc., are to be played at a level that does not disturb the neighbors and tenants. -Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am 24 hours, 7 days a week. -Lock all windows and doors prior to exiting the property. -We believe in energy savings, please turn off all lights and appliances when you are not home. -Please do not use towels to remove make up. Any stained or damaged towels will result in a $20 fee each. -Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Do not flush feminine products, wipes or paper towels. -All walls were recently painted. Please do not leave any footprints or handprints on the walls. -The backyard may be available for special events, between non-quiet hours 7am to 10pm. -Please do not remove any property from the premises, any missing items will be charged after check out. -The unit is already equipped with a stove and refrigerator please do not bring additional appliances. Additional energy expenses from these appliances maybe charged to you. -There are security cameras on the property, one the front porch upon entry, one facing the driveway and gate entry way, one is in the backyard facing the garage and another facing the backyard’s sitting area. They are on at all times and during your stay. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
