About the Space
Wouldn't it be great to fly everyone to Paradise for your destination wedding or Nana's 75th birthday? Imagine all your loved ones, gathered together, in your own private resort surrounded by waterfalls and palapas with panoramic views. Its easy to make it a reality, come find a little bit of paradise, right in the middle of Yorba Linda. You will enter the property through the large black wrought Iron gate. As you walk toward the rear of the house, you are drawn in by the crashing sounds of the waterfalls. Upon entering most are stopped in their tracks by the stunning view. Once you remember this is you and yours for the day, you excitedly begin to explore: The upper level features 700 sf of multi-use turf, multiple couches and seating areas, a palapa covered BBQ island with more barstools, a fully covered patio, fans,2 refrigerators and fireplace. The lower level features a rock pool and grotto spa, surrounded by waterfalls, a covered waterslide, palapa, and access to the pool side tiki bar and lounge. Enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of spectacular sunsets over the ocean, Palos Verdes Peninsula and Catalina. Later you can enjoy the amazing city lights and get a new perspective on the Disneyland fireworks show. The large lawn / turf area is perfect for the provided outside games like cornhole, giant Jenga, and Limbo. For parties over 40, the space will be expanded to include the lounge and tiki bar to comfortably accommodate your additional guests. Perfect for engagement and birthday parties, weddings and fundraisers. We've had it all. Let us help you plan the perfect day.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Wow! Ken’s tropical oasis made my birthday vision a reality! He & his wife were so gracious and helpful throughout my event. Their space was absolutely breathtaking & created the perfect ambiance. I am already looking for a reason to have a party to book their space again! 1000/10 recommend!!! I can’t speak highly enough about them & their unique space!

Ken and his wife were exceptional and so accommodating! They helped out when the food was delivered earlier than expected and were so helpful. The view was breathtaking and all of my guests complimented the view! I would definitely book again!
