About the Space
Come find a little bit of paradise right in the middle of it all. Our space has been used for everything from corporate retreats and social events to professional model shoots and weddings. The space features a rock pool and grotto spa surrounded by 6 waterfalls, and multiple palapas, BBQ, fully covered patio, fans, fireplace, refrigerator and fire pit. The upper yard is fully turfed with enough room to seat 100. All of this and an unobstructed panoramic view of Orange County with spectacular sunsets over the ocean, Palos Verdes Penninsula and Catalina. If you time it right you will be able to watch the Disneyland Fireworks Show from a new perspective.

Ken and his wife were exceptional and so accommodating! They helped out when the food was delivered earlier than expected and were so helpful. The view was breathtaking and all of my guests complimented the view! I would definitely book again!

I knew when I saw this listing that this was where I wanted my brother’s celebration of life party, but I had no idea how perfect it would be. This venue exceeded my expectations and is absolutely breathtaking, photos don’t do it justice at all. The host, Ken, was very helpful and flexible on the fly with last minute add-ons and went above & beyond to be accommodating to us. Booking was super easy & I was able to make adjustments leading up to the event. Everyone loved the space and the party was perfect. I’d recommend telling guests to bring a coat during cooler months because that beautiful view comes with a chilly breeze! I would recommend this venue & will book again if I ever have a party back home again. Thank you Ken!
