About the Space
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in metro NYC /NJ area. About an hour and half drive from NYC Esthetically decorated with amazing backyard space. Nice patio in the back yard. The house has a basement , office space(room). we also have one dark room in basement which can be used for any thriller/horror/dramatic scene. There is a public park within 2 minutes of walking with a basket ball court, football ground and a beautiful walk way in the park (it is a public park so you can utilize this for shoot as per township regulation)

We do deep cleaning and sanitization before and after each booking, We also leave 2 day gap between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
