About the Space
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in metro NYC /NJ area. About an hour and half drive from NYC Esthetically decorated with amazing backyard space. Nice patio in the back yard. The house has a basement , office space(room). we also have one dark room in basement which can be used for any thriller/horror/dramatic scene. There is a public park within 2 minutes of walking with a basket ball court, football ground and a beautiful walk way in the park (it is a public park so you can utilize this for shoot as per township regulation)

General Rules
Due to COVID we want to make sure that your production/team take necessary steps, like wearing mask and using sanitizers.
Crew - Please wear shoe covers.
Cleaning - please make sure you do a basic clean i.e remove the garbage and do not leave bags/used props /paper/cans/bottles and stuff on the premise.
No smoking inside
Please make sure you have liability insurance. We will require that at least 24 hours before shoot.
Host has final say in acceptable occupancy limits, hours of use, and noise levels.
No shooting in spaces not approved prior to shoot, this includes outside driveway, sidewalk, street, etc. Absolutely no shooting down sidewalk, on the road, or at other houses at any time-rental only covers this property. Sidewalk or block shots should take place off this block and outside the shooting time. ( Please make sure you have proper township permits for anything thats off the property) there is a public park in 2 minutes of walking and you can take street shots there as per the township allowance. I can provide you pics of the park with basketball court , football field and everything at the time of booking if you need it)
Please no sitting on the counters-thats gross. Only chairs are for sitting not tables, coffee tables, counters, etc.
House should be left as it was found at start of booking
Any stains on fabric (rugs, sheets, upholstery, etc) will be subject to either repair/launder/replacement fees starting at $10 to launder/item.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Please make sure that you have liability insurance for production site. If anything otherwise you will need to let us know in advance.

Health and Safety Measures
We do deep cleaning and sanitization before and after each booking, We also leave 2 day gap between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
