- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Yes! 100%. I would book again. The space is perfect for video and photography. This space has all of the backdrops and furniture props you could ever want. The best part is the parking is so easy to access. Lee is also such a gem, she was so nice and so accessible from beginning to end. I will 100% be back. Bathrooms, a Vanity mirror, lighting and backdrops. It's a photographers dreams. If you renting for video, like I did. The sound is perfect because their is no reverb or echo in the studio.

I love this place omg it was sooo nice and had everything I needed!!! Lee was such a great host and made sure I felt comfortable and knew where everything was! I got some great shots!! I’m booking here again for sure!!! Telling all my friends!
