About the Space

MCM Creative's Screening Room is a private space located in Chelsea, Manhattan. Capable of 4K DCP projection, this boutique theater is the perfect solution for indie filmmakers looking to screen their film professionally, without the hassle of renting out a large theater. Our JVC D-ILA 4K Reference Series Projector is accompanied by 5.1 Surround Sound Paradigm Cinema Speakers, and an Elite Screens 4K Drop-Down Projector Screen (73"x130" 150"D) to provide a truly cinematic experience. Our two-tier, elevated leather couch seating allows for up to 8 viewers comfortably, but can be adjusted as needed. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
