This property offers a strong connection to nature, an open floor plan, a dramatic central staircase, and a spareness verging on monastic. To lend patina to the 1980's faux barn, D'Haene replaced sections of ordinary cedar siding with planks salvaged from an actual barn 200 years old. The original cedar remains on a small structure that connects to the expanded garage, which now houses a combined yoga studio and media room in front and two parking spaces in back. This division of functions is reflected on the facade: half cedar and half concrete patterned with horizontal formwork that simultaneously reflects and contrasts with the barn's silvery verticals. Sauna, beautiful large swimming pool, beautiful garden, outdoor shower, pool house

Absolutely loved working with this team! From requesting more information early on, to booking, to on-site support, and finally wrapping up, everything was so smooth and efficient. And then: the house. What a stunning, gorgeous location! It was everything we needed and more. There were spaces that we ended up capturing in that were outside our original shot list just because the house was that photogenic. Would gladly shoot here again :)

This is a beautiful home out in the Hamptons and coordinating with Franck was very easy. It seems that Franck helps manages the property with the owner Vincent who was just as friendly and accommodating to our group. We had rented this space for a photoshoot and there was plenty of space to work for 40 people without feeling like it was crowded. The downstairs basement gave us plenty of room to use as a changing room and give models their privacy. While we did our best to try and be out before the end of our reservation, we ended up staying over our reservation to clean up after our event. I am grateful that both Franck and Vincent gave us the opportunity to use this home for our photoshoot and even more grateful for allowing us the extra time to clean up.
