The home is in the hills, so parking is limited.

The sun is over the pool from early morning until about 2:30pm. Then it begins to go behind the house.

It's pretty quiet in the hills, but the planes do fly over occasionally.

There's no loading zone and the streets in the hills are narrow. There is free untimed parking, but limited.

There's a private (separate entrance room with a bathroom on the back side of the house)

This residence is lived in full time by its owner and family. No pets are allowed in the space. The venue is a no smoking property. - Over 1 or 2 lights (more than 1K) generator will be required. - No bathroom for a crew of more than 8 people. Portable restrooms recommended. - Must have layout board to protect the flooring and corrugated protection for all finishes and corners being used. (indoor and outdoor) - Crutch tips or tennis balls for all stands. - Use or moving of furniture is negotiable during the scout visit. - Street parking is available. - Insurance is required by the booking party. - No children allowed unless they are part of the production in which case strict supervision is required. - No food or drinks allowed inside the house, aside from water. - The hills are in a fire zone, so any kind of fire is not allowed. There is a propane fire pit on the back deck that is perfectly fine to use. - The pool is not heated, but during the summer months warms up quite nice. - NO Exceptions for the above rules.
