About the Space
This modern deck with a great view of signal hill, is a part of an upstairs unit in a townhome style, triplex in Long Beach. This unit has a number of shared walls with the other units, with an updated kitchen and living room. There is entry via a gate and spiral staircase up to the deck. It a great place for a photo shoot or to capture an outdoor brunch, cocktail hour or dinner scene. Long Beach is a great city with lots of hidden gems, great restaurants and an endless number of activities. Long Beach is also centrally located to a number of major cities.

Parking description
There is usually always street parking, if not we share the tandem parking in the back. The gate opens outward and the driveway is narrow, so careful entry and exit is needed. Be sure to close the gate after.

General Rules
House rules reminder during your stay. Enjoy your visit, please treat my home with respect and leave it as clean as you found it, if not better.
-The gate open outward and unhooks in the middle. Please close the gate after entry. Note the driveway is 9ft wide. Careful entry exit is needed.
-There is a spiral staircase to enter the deck. Careful with long dresses.
-This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind any where on the property. Any smoking will result in a $100 fee.
-Smoking will have to be 20 ft off the property.
-No pets allowed please. A $100 fee will apply if broken.
-Please be courteous to our neighbors and the tenants on site. Everyone comes and goes and keeps to themselves. Please do not harass or disturb anyone.
Feel free to enjoy the large back yard as well.
-There is to be no boisterous or vulgar conduct or unnecessary loud noise at any time. Televisions, radios, stereos, etc., are to be played at a level that does not disturb the neighbors and tenants.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am 24 hours, 7 days a week.
-Please do not remove any property from the premises, any missing items will be charged after check out.
-There are security cameras on the property, one on the deck, one the front porch upon entry, one facing the driveway and gate entry way, one is in the backyard facing the garage and another facing the backyard’s sitting area. They are on at all times and during your stay.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning professionals are used to clean the space after bookings. Also additional space between bookings to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
