A certificate of insurance is required for bookings with ten or more attendees, and for bookings with any number of attendees if alcohol will be consumed. Short-term production insurance can be easily obtained through Thimble using a customized link that will be provided. Hosts must be listed as additional insured. No smoking on the property, inside or outside. No glass by the pool. Furniture and decorations can be moved. Items in cabinets and drawers are off-limits to guests. No tinsel, confetti, confetti balloons, glitter or sparkly debris. No smoke machines allowed. No oils, bronzer, or body makeup on the bed or outdoor furniture; please use a towel or bring your own linens. Nudity is allowed. However, if you intend to shoot nude models, you must provide your own linens and towels. You must also put a drop cloth down on furniture that might come in contact with a naked body. Bedrooms other than the master are not available to guests. When booking, ensure you give yourself enough time for unloading, set up, and clean up. Your reservation window is for your entire time in the house; there is not an additional window for clean up beyond your reservation end time. Overtime that extends beyond 9:00 PM will be charged at 1.5x the booking rate. Please leave the home in the state you found it in.

Furniture can be moved into garage or other rooms but must be moved back at the end of the shoot.
