PLEASE READ THROUGH Colorful, one-of-a-kind, creative outdoor space where you can safely and responsibly host a wide variety of events and activities whether it be a birthday party, team meeting, workshop, or performance. Approximately 3000sq ft, this outdoor space is located conveniently by the 8 and 5 freeways. Filled with art and vibrant colors, when not being used for events it serves as a collaborative artist workspace. The space cannot be seen from the street, providing you with privacy for your event. We take pride in our ability to design and host unique and memorable experiences that your guests will never forget!! **Included in the rental: - Full use of the 3000 sqft outdoor lot space (includes already set up shade sails) - Wi-fi - 12 rolling benches with cushions and 3 large rolling tables (seats 26 comfortably) - Plastic Patio chairs with small tables - Use of additional fold out tables and chairs as needed (contact host to discuss your specific needs) - Stage (for performances, speakers, or to set up displays etc on) - Outdoor sink - Some lighting (if you need/want special lighting you can bring your own to set-up- we can run power anywhere in lot; or you can hire our lighting specialist for additional cost) - Dumpster for trash and recycling bins for cans/glass - On site manager available throughout entire event - Use of our touch-less thermometer if you want to use it **IMPORTANT RESTROOM INFORMATION: Due to the sensitivity of our restroom pump and our inability to ensure that guests during rental events do not flush damaging items, we now must require all rentals with more than 40 guests to rent a portopotty. You may choose to use a company of your choice or we can make arrangements for you for $120. **Rentals with less than 40 guests are required to sign a contract accepting financial responsibility if the pump is damaged during rental period ($400). **Available at Additional Cost - Photographer and or photo booth (we have an in house photography studio) - Sound System and/or DJ - Up to 5 coolers - Projector (to be used on huge back wall behind stage) - Extra decorations - Bar/Bartender - Live artists or performers - Music (DJ or Live Band quotes) - Check-In Host - Use of indoor kitchenette with full fridge, oven, microwave, etc - And so much more- just let us know what you need for your event and we can help make it happen! We are an artist collective and have the ability to design and build just about anything to make your event everything you’re dreaming of. We specialize in decorations, props, signage, custom party favors, and more! We have a variety of rentable fabrics and decor items available on site. We are flexible and can work with your budget! Really fun, cool spot for a party! Lots of lounge areas to hang out, space for a taco caterer, and lots of beautiful art and interesting things to enjoy. The hosts were really sweet, flexible, and helpful. We had a blast.

We rented this venue for a charity pop up event earlier this month. All in all it was a nice, colorful and fun venue. There is a stage for a band, fun artwork and pretty spacious depending on what you are using it for. We ended up having 18 different local vendors and a live band which all fit (took a bit of coordinating but made it work!). The communication was not fully there as far as what we were/weren’t allowed to do. Make sure to get permission from Catherine before doing or moving anything. The venue did not start getting cleaned up until 10:30am the day of the event, when we were told we had all morning to set up (event was at 1pm) which was a bit inconvenient, but in the end we made it work. The parking is a little difficult since it is a residential court, so just be sure to have a plan for that beforehand! As far as the large artwork and fun things they have around the venue, you are in charge of moving it/finding a space for it/putting it all back if you do not want it, even with paying the cleaning fee. So make sure you are aware of these things and ask all the questions firsthand.
