This property is a must-see!! L.A.Y.D. Spaces (which is an acronym for Live All Your Dreams) is a unique industrial space located in Uptown, Dallas. The venue is located on the second floor. It has exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gorgeous wide-open floor plan for creating the perfect experience. The venue boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and tons of natural lighting. There is a huge kitchen that can be used for serving food during your event. The venue was recently renovated and also has two restrooms with walk-in showers in each. There is also a lot of well-lit parking right behind the building as well as on the side of the building. This is a very unique industrial loft in uptown with a large front area for events, intimate dinners, upscale birthday parties, intimate gatherings, gender reveals, brand launches, and more. This is NOT the ideal venue for a club or large party. Due to the venue being located next to a residential area we do not host events after 12AM. (no exceptions). Please take a moment to read the additional details below to understand more about our rules, policies and types of events we specialize in to determine if we are the right location for your event. You CAN bring in outside catering, alcohol, and a DJ or use one of our in-house vendors (chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator (balloon and table decor), bartender, servers, 360 booth, and more. WE are a full-service venue and we can plan your entire event, including food, table, and balloon decor. If you have a reasonable max budget or special request, please reach out and let me know personally and I will do my best to work with you. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and earn your business. **Important: The guest count listed is the maximum number of guests allowed throughout the duration of the event and not the amount allowed at just one time. We are an intimate venue and specialize in intimate events. We are not the ideal venue for large mixers, events open to the public, events advertised online, and events with ticket sales that exceed 25-30 as we do not have the parking capabilities. We are not the ideal venue for launches or vendor events for launches that exceed 25-30 including the vendors. We are located near a residential area and want to be courteous to our neighbors. Please be mindful of this when renting for events that you are interested in making a profit. If guest count is exceeded rate increases to full price of $250 an hour), plus additional charges per head count, and additional cleaning fees. Rules listed are in pace to help preserve the location and ensure your event is a success. We are deal for intimate birthday parties, baby showers, proposals, engagement parties, surprise parties, intimate launches with private invite-only guest list, small private vendor events with invite-only guest list. We reserve the right to be present at the entire event or not. **We offer in-person tours most weekdays and Saturdays based on availability. If you need to come in outside of these times please message me with your special request. Once you message me I will send you a link to schedule a tour. **There is a minimum of 4 hours that must be booked on weekends for events. There is some flexibility during the week on this if you do not need 4 hours. ** Rates: Weekday rate: $75-150 (meetings, productions, photoshoots, up to a max of 10 guests). Nights and weekends: $150 up to 20 guests. The rate is subject to increase up to a max of $250 with an increased guest count. We offer tables (both 6-feet and cocktail) / chairs, black linens, speaker, karaoke machine, projector for rent. If you have a budget that you are trying to stay within that’s within reason please also reach out and let's discuss further. *** PLEASE NOTE: The couch, TV and stand are NO LONGER in the main area. I do events weekly so it has been removed for convenience of movement and flow. Prefer a 4-hour minimum booking on weekends. ** Please note: When booking please include adequate time for set up and clean up after your event is over. Pricing is subject to change based on demand/ availability and increases for special holidays.

I am so glad i was able to jump into L.A.Y.D spaces with such a last minute notice. Due to covid the original venue I had planned for my fathers 70th birthday dinner was closed for business. I had no time to redo all the planning work my siblings and I had worked over the last several months. Layllen literally took our ideas and plans from bottom to top to recreate in her own venue. All the stress, phone calls, logistics, etc was a thing in the past. My parents were both happy at the fact we were able to create an intimate environment for us to celebrate the blessing of life for my father. Without doubt I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for any event - especially if you want someone to handle all the planning and logistics. I have planned several events yet never seen anything go as smooth, professional, and flawless as this one. I can’t wait till my next birthday cause this is where its poppin.
