This property is a must-see!! L.A.Y.D. Spaces (which is an acronym for Live All Your Dreams) in collaboration with Lock Heart Studios is conveniently located near Dallas Lovefield. The venue is almost 5,000 square feet of creative space. It boasts 16 feet ceiling, content creation rooms, (a bride and groom area), and flexible use space. The venue has natural lighting. There has kitchen that can be used for serving food during your event. The venue also has two restrooms. There is adequate parking onsite and a gate for privacy. This is a very unique venue that can be used for events, intimate dinners, upscale birthday parties, intimate gatherings, gender reveals, brand launches, baby showers, weddings, proposals, corporate events,corporate meetings, holiday parties and more. The venue can hold between 150 to 200 guests. We can host events up until 12:00 AM with a shutdown and exit of 1:00 AM. You CAN bring in outside catering, alcohol, and a DJ or use one of our in-house vendors (chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator (balloon and table decor), bartender, servers, 360 booth, and more. If you have a max budget or special request, please reach out and let me know personally and I will do my best to work with you. If you need to come in outside of these times please message me with your special request. Once you message me I will send you a link to schedule a tour. **There is a minimum of 4 hours that must be booked on weekends for events. There is some flexibility during the week on this if you do not need 4 hours. ** Rates: Weekday rate (Monday -Thursday): $50-$100 (meetings, productions, photoshoots, with a max guest count based on the type of event). Nights and weekends: $250 and up based on guest count. We offer tables (both 6-feet, round and cocktail) / chairs, black linens, speaker, karaoke machine, projector for rent. ** Please note: When booking please include adequate time for set up and clean up after your event is over. Pricing is subject to change based on demand/ availability and increases for special holidays. **Ask about our monthly memberships for photography, videography, and content creation.
