Spaces (which is an acronym for Live All Your Dreams) in collaboration with Lockheart Studios is conveniently located near Dallas Lovefield. The venue is almost 5,000 square feet of creative space/ (3,000 sq ft in the main area and then side rooms used for photoshoots). Your rental includes only the main white area and not teh side rooms. They can be added fro an additional costs. It boasts 16 feet ceiling, content creation rooms, (a bride and groom area), and flexible use space. Direct contact for tours (4six9)-298-8099. The venue has natural lighting. There has kitchen that can be used for serving food during your event but does NOT have a stove for cooking. The venue also has two restrooms. There is adequate parking onsite (up to 100 plus cars) and a gate for privacy. This is a very unique venue that can be used for events, intimate dinners, birthday parties, intimate gatherings, gender reveals, brand launches, baby showers, weddings, proposals, corporate events, corporate meetings, holiday parties and more. The venue can hold between 150 to 200 guests. We can host events up until 12:00 AM with a shutdown and exit of 1:00 AM. You CAN bring in outside catering, alcohol, and a DJ or use one of our in-house vendors (chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator (balloon and table decor), bartender, servers, 360 booth, and more. You can opt to use these for your event or have them removed. ** Rates: Weekday rate (Monday -Thursday): $75-$100 (meetings, productions, photoshoots, with a max guest count based on the type of event). **Nights and weekends: $200 and up based on guest count. We offer tables (both 6-feet, round and cocktail) / chairs, linens, karaoke machine, speaker and projector for rent. ** Please note: When booking please include adequate time for set up and clean up after your event is over. Pricing is subject to change based on demand/ availability and increases for special holidays. **We prefer mature audiences that will take care of the venue. If you wan to do an event for your child (Ex: 13th birthday) we will approve these type of events.
