Great location for Headshots, Workshops, Glamour and Fashion shoots, any other photo shoots. Castings & Video. NOTE: Studio in not soundproof. In Rental hourly price is included ALL lighting equipment needed, seamless backdrops, a variety of cloth backdrops. Equipped with WiFi, AC and bluetooth music (in a working area) 3 different shooting areas: 1.White wall where you can also locate large seamless backdrops on a wall 2. Real brick wall (people like to use it too) where you can also locate large seamless backdrops on a wall 3. Roll up door for natural light (in another room, closer to the entrance) Also we have the Studio: - common area with a couch and where you can locate a table for your catering - Separate Make up room with 2 make up stations, professional lights (lighted vanity mirror) - clothing rack on wheels - Big steamer on wheels - several different stools and chairs - restroom - fan - smaller backdrops for product and food photography - c-stands - different others stands for lamps - flags - reflectors - fog machine - various light modifiers - 5 foot main soft box - mini fridge

🙌 we rolled in here for a super last minute shoot and this space was really accommodating. The equipment they have on deck is super helpful and they have seamless paper rolls in, like, every color.
