* No Parties or Events * No eating or drinking in the bedrooms * Do the dishes * Do not leave food out for unwanted pests * No smoking inside the home, if we smell any kind of smoking or illegal substance there will be a $500 fee to remove the odor. In other words, please respect our home and don’t smoke. * Turn of lights and AC/Heating when out of the property * No Pets * No illegal activities (come on no need to explain) * Please throw all towels and sheets in the hamper once you leave * Clean up after yourselves, leave the home the way you entered it * Please let us know if anything breaks, and how you plan on replacing it * If the guest decides not to follow any of our Airbnb house rules, and which triggers a refund/discount for the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host. * All items in the kitchen and house have been accounted for and will be checked after every guests check out, if anything is missing you will be billed and reported to Airbnb. * We want all of our guests to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. * We have installed at the home a Ring video doorbell and it’s primarily used for security of the guests and to confirm the correct number of people staying at the home at the time of checking in. *For Each additional guest not included in the booking, you will be charged $100 per each additional person. This is easily avoidable by just booking with the correct number of guests
