All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Open and clear space with hardwood floors, mixed white wall and brick in a historic landmark building in TriBeCa. Bright and sunny, large windows in the front room capture the daylight, perfect for meetings, presentations, coffee and tea. Large back room with projection and ample room for 75 person seating, ideal for mini-conferences, workshops, and gatherings. Booking is for the space only. We have a wide variety of furniture and amenities for rental. Please note: This rental is for the back room loft found in a larger space. If you wish to book the sunny brightly lit room in the front as well we can direct you to our other listings. Thanks!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
The space was perfect for our video shoot. It was wide enough for us to set up multiple sets which was very convenient. Space was clean and had enough natural air flow coming in which was perfect. Adam the host was so helpful with last minute items we needed. I will definitely recommend and book again.

Adam was extremely responsive - I booked last minute with him - the day before a video shoot and he was beyond helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we got the exact shot we wanted. Great space - high lofted ceilings with a beautiful brick wall, and large windows. Will definitely book again and highly recommend for others as well.
