    Book your own private resort time. Open floor plan, gourmet kitchen. Mediterranean modern decor. Salt water pool and spa jacuzzi. Indoor/Outdoor lounge area. Pool cabana, pool basketball, outdoor kitchen, bbq, waterfalls, fire pit, and much more. Immaculate yard and cooking/eating area. Chaise lounge area usually shaded by mid-day. Pool area starts getting shaded by mid-afternoon. Spacious rectangular pool design is ideal for photo shoots, laps or family fun. Pool is kept at approximately 88 degrees when booked in advance. Jacuzzi heated to 101 upon request. Relax in the gazebo area and listen to your choice of music on state of the art outdoor sound system. Private designated bathroom with shower. Beautiful bistro night lighting, pool and jacuzzi also light up for fun evening swim time. Great for photo shoots, parties or family fun. Plenty of room to social distance. Nice flat grassy area. This is a backyard poolside rental.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
