About the Space
Book your own private luxury resort. Salt water pool and spa jacuzzi. Cabanas, waterfall, fire pit, chaise lounges for relaxing and assorted games for entertainment. Pool basketball is always a big hit here. The patio features include ample table seating, an oversized television with a sound bar and subwoofer, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, bbq grill plus one stove burner, and sink. Spacious rectangular pool design is ideal for photo shoots, laps or family fun. Upon request, pool will be heated to 90 degrees. Relax in the gazebo area and listen to your choice of music on the state of the art outdoor sound system (which you can connect to via bluetooth). Private designated bathroom with shower. Beautiful bistro night lighting. Pool and jacuzzi also light up for fun evening pool time. Spacious flat grassy area with plenty of room to social distance. This is a backyard/pool rental. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Nancy's space is simply INCREDIBLE. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful her yard is. Such a spectacular pool. Everything was clean and ready for us to have our chill pool day and Nancy went above and beyond before our booking to make sure we'd have everything we need. She and her family are so accommodating, helpful, and all around wonderful. We had the best day ever and appreciate everything so much. If you're looking for a GORGEOUS yard and beautiful pool (for a shoot, event, or party) look no further because you won't find a better spot! I can't say enough good things about Nancy and this space. 5/5 stars is not enough!

Peerspace you really should allow 7 stars for ratings, because this space was PERFECT, Nancy and Steven were PERFECT, and the POOL was INCREDIBLE! SEVEN STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hosted my son’s 5th birthday party here and had several deliveries such as the 21 ft bouncy jumper, balloon arches, catering, and a pumpkin carving area. Nancy was SO generous and accommodating, she even kept my pumpkins in her house the night before so I wouldn’t have the hassle of hauling them the day of the party. She also insisted we use her children’s adorable pumpkin carving aprons, electric cutters, etc so I wouldn’t have to spend money on those items, and I was so grateful! When the jumper arrived, her hanging outdoor lights were blocking the jumper from being blown up. So she took them down just so we could fit the 21ft clearance of the bouncer. It would have been a nightmare if we had to cancel the jumper and be charged regardless, and even worse would have been disappointing the my son & kid’s coming to have fun. COVID has been restricting and hard enough for children to adapt to. So having the bouncer was a major part of the party and I am SO thankful she made it happen! I loved how clean everything was and the salt water pool literally felt like bath water. The sound system was perfect, not too loud, it was the perfect volume. The design of the yard from the cabanas to the outdoor grill/seating areas were all beautifully arranged and very spacious. The driveway was massive which was great for deliveries and the party planner going back and forth from her car for decor. Planning and executing a 5 yr old Birthday party is as stressful as it is, but Nancy and Steven went above and beyond to make my experience seamless. I literally cannot express how appreciative I am for such a wonderful time. I would certainly book again if needed, and have already referred them to a friend looking for an outdoor event space w/ pool. Thank you again Nancy and Steven!!! 🤩

To start off I was really nervous because she had no reviews but when we got there EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE and was exactly what we expected ! it’s a very good vibe for your friends and family. As far as Nancy ( the owner) she was So amazing ! She was very helpfully and even accommodated me and my friends for extra hours 😊 they had everything we possibly needed and she checked on us and made sure we had everything and things we didn’t have she offered to give to us so that is a PLUS ! and made sure the pool was always heated and we will definitely be booking again and soon we loved the whole resort ! Thank you so much for being an amazing host ! I enjoyed my 20th birthday very well .

The place was amazing! Someone was there upon arrival to show us around the backyard. Host was attentive and kept coming out to see if we were doing okay or if we needed anything. Pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature. There are plenty of activities to keep your guests entertained.
