Disco Dollhouse offers multiple and versatile settings with eclectic decor and furniture ranging from the time periods between the 1950's to the 1990's but mainly focuses on the 70's and 80's. This space is my personal home and this booking includes a sectioned off part of my home that I have designed for those who are looking for a nostalgic or vintage backdrop. The main features include an Italian 1970's bar, floor to ceiling waterfall chandelier, lush green shag rug and curtains, a large brick fireplace, 1980's bedroom set, multiple colorful back drops, and a bohemian jungle garden patio. A little about each space... • Italian bar: 1970's retro futuristic dry bar has a lacquered ivory white and brown sued shelf setting with a mirrored back drop and glass shelving. The shelving sits in front of a wood paneled wall. The bar island has a smoked mirror top with unique brown sued and gold detail on the sides. There are vintage speakers, mood lighting, and props such as glasses, decanters, and bottles. • Lush Green sitting area: Set against a retro green wall with velvet green curtains and a green shag carpet, this area is designed for a truly authentic retro feel. Built in shelves with records and various props sit next to a large brick fireplace. This area is sectioned off with a retractable champagne colored fringe curtain. • Sitting den: This area is an eclectic mix of the 60's, 70's, and 80's. The modular pink couch is a Milo Baughman style sectional that can be rearranged if you have the vision. Set in front of floor to ceiling green curtains and several windows, this area gets plenty of natural day light. The full sized mirrors can provide interesting angeles or can be covered up by curtains or shoji sliding panels which also make for an interesting backdrop. • Peach and gold colored stairway: This home has many vintage features that have remained unchanged. As you go into the upper unit of this space you will go through a narrow staircase that features gold framed art against a peach wall. • 1980's soap opera inspired bedroom: The bed featured in this room has a large mirrored and black lacquered headboard that matches two night stands and a dresses. There are plenty of lighting options in this room that include a sea shell color changing ceiling lamp, several 80's inspired lights, and plenty natural light during the day. If you need to blockout the day light the room is lined with gold and pink curtains that also make for a great backdrop. There are two retro white and pink chairs and gorgeous crane room divider. • There are two bathrooms- one on the main level and one upstairs. The main level bathroom is on the smaller side and the upstairs bathroom is larger and can be used as a changing room or 2nd bathroom depending on your needs. • There is a street level garage (included in booking) that you will be able to park in and is also the main entrance to the space. ADD-ON Outdoor Garden Patio $25 per each hour or total booking hours. You cannot book the outdoor for only part of your booking. If you are booking for 3 hours it will be an additional $75 added to your total balance. • The back patio has several unique moments with various painted props set behind lush green foliage. There is a Spanish style vintage outdoor grill that has a beautiful birds of paradise background. Cast iron benches and tables can be moved around depending on your needs. Some things to know before booking.... • For any bookings that are large enough to require a production van or truck, you definitely should communicate with me before you book. There are special requirements for production vehicles. • For non production vehicles, you must unload by backing into the garage or on the back end of the house. This is a narrow street with no parking on the side of the street the main entrance of the house is located on. • For smaller bookings: If you would like to only rent out a section of this rental, please feel free to reach out to me for custom booking rates and arrangements. • Please be aware that there is not a kitchen in this booking.
