Our place is a 3000 sq former warehouse converted into a home / film studio. We have 14-20ft ceilings throughout, heated concrete floors and AC, open floor plan. We have recently added an LED VOLUME to our ADD-ON's for an additional $275 an hour. This includes a wall tech to operate the wall, file coordination prior to you shoot and camera tracking (if needed) . You can use it in conjunction with our existing living to transport you production anywhere in the world. Or using as a virtual production studio with your on propping or staging. Please reach out well in advance to coordinate. We offer 3d UNREAL ENGINE background creation for an additional fee to be determined by the scope of work. You can also supply us with video or still photography to be displayed as a background. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LED VOLUME IS AN ADD-ON AND ALSO REQUIRES A FEW DAYS OF PREPRODUCTION TO ENSURE YOUR SHOOT DAY RUNS SMOOTHLY. Feel free to reach out we are here to help! Bookings that go over their scheduled time will be charged overtime at a rate of 1.5x your bookings hourly rate. Bookings begin promptly once your scheduled start time has been reached and are considered active until the last person leaves the property.
