Free street parking

Parking is available on the major street right in front and surrounding blocks in the neighborhood- there is no metered parking.

The window are very big see the pictures, if you'd like to black out the lighting, paper can be applied to the window sill, not the window intself, we do not have curtains available. The best time for naturl light is around 11 am through the afternoon.

You can hear loud street sounds. The space is not best if you require absolute quiet. The studio is located on a busy street, especially during rush hour; you will hear some noise inside the studio, its Brooklyn! With the studio music playing in the background - street sounds become unnoticeable. There is very minimal to no noise from our AC units.

Stairs

We are located on the second floor, and you will have to walk up a flight of stairs and use the doorway to load all equipment. There are no ramps, and the parking is non-metered street parking. City Signs with no parked cars are posted directly out front from 8 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 6 pm every day and can be used to load and unload at your discretion.

The power rating is standard with regular 110 outlets. The outlets are plentiful located about every 5 feet about 1 foot from the ground and 1 foot from the ceiling on the walls, there are additonal outlets located on the ceiling in some spots. The circuit breaker is located behind the main door.

House Rules · Shoes are strictly prohibited within our space, including the bathroom. If you need to wear shoes within the space, there will be a Shoe - Deep Cleaning of $100 Flat Fee Add-On included. Have everyone remove the shoes at the door and place them properly inside the shoe rack. If we find that shoes are not taken off at the door or shoes are worn by attendees in the bathroom, the Shoe -Deep Cleaning Fee $100 Add-on will automatically be added to your rental period. · **Do Not Use Any Props** or move any items. Any items within the space are not for event use. Any decorations or items in the studio must not be touched, used, moved, or misplaced. This includes but is not limited to plants, chairs, pillows, benches, yoga mats, blocks, hammocks, art, and or any props. If we find that anything is moved or props used without prior approval, the Furniture and Decoration Removal Fee of $100 Add-on will automatically be added to your rental period. · No Smoking or Drug use in or within 50 ft. of the building, including e-cigarettes. You and all your guests will be immediately removed and the event canceled if anyone is smoking inside or near the building. No exceptions. This is not a 420-friendly space. · There is no food or drinks allowed within the premises unless otherwise agreed upon by Management (Bottled water or water bottles type containers are ok). If we find that food or drinks are brought into the space worn the Food/Beverage/Alcohol $100 Add-on will automatically be added to your rental period. · Do not lean on any walls, structures, doors or place hands on the walls, artwork, or lighting fixtures. There are to be no marks, smudges, footprints, or marks of any kind or size left on the walls. All walls will be left clean and 100% in order. NO yoga poses using the walls. This is a sacred space please treat it that way. · There will be nothing placed upon the windows, within the window sills, or leaned up against the walls of the space. This includes tables, chairs or any materials for use. · Bathrooms facilities are included but are to be maintained, cleaned, and removal of all debris, urine, and/or feces on the toilet, floors, and walls including toiletries replaced. Only toilet paper is allowed in the toilet. Sanitary napkins, paper towels, etc. are to be placed in the garbage and be disposed of after the event. · No candles, incense, smudge sticks etc. used on the premises that are not inside of a container or glass that prevents fire, smoke, and or candle wax debris. · We have security cameras located outside the main door, inside the hallway, and throughout the studio, which is constantly recording. Cameras are only monitored or checked if anything is out of order and at entry and exit to be sure the house guidelines are followed.

Standard insurance rider that covers any damages to premises. All productions must have separate insurance coverage before the event.

Furniture and decorations can be moved only with prior authorization. If any furniture is moved without expressed consent, a $100 fee will be charged for disruption of the space.
