This is the perfect spot to entertain guests, host an event, or conduct a business meeting. Spacious and modern, this beautiful house will impress your audience. Multiple rooms include a cigar/sitting room, a living room with big screen tv, open kitchen, and dining area. There is a large renovated deck area that is a perfect hang out spot. Space can comfortably fit up to 8 guests. If available, the house has an attached 1,100 sq. foot casita that could also be used if not rented out. Casita could comfortably fit 5 additional guests

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Jeremy's home is tastefully designed, located on a quiet street and has an incredible WiFi speed. We were here filming an on-camera interview, and the space checked every box for our filming needs. Not only that, Jeremy is a wonderful, accommodating host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and is a kind, polite person. Everything about renting this space went very smoothly. While we used this space for filming, I highly recommend this space for any business need. 15/10 would come back again!
