About the Space
The house is renovated by an architect in a contemporary style , inside has an industrial eclectic open space style, flowing easily with the outside, living room has a high ceiling with beautiful beams. Outside has a pool with a contemporary resort style feel, flowing white drapes, string lights, indirect lighting throughout the space. 3 fire pits and a fire place are scattered between the front and the backyard. Big trees and beautiful landscaping layout. The surrounding is quite, no surrounding noises or neighbors noises. Very wide streets available for plenty of cars. Easy access from the big driveway to the backyard directly to unload big equipment or other. Outdoor showers, outdoor restroom/changing room available. Bluetooth speaker will be provided. Ceiling heaters can be used if needed. The pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee, the jacuzzi can be turned on upon request. Many Electrical outlets available at every corner of the yard. Big island to use for food or drinks as well as a big table to seat 10 people available for the project crew.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yolla was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Beautiful home with a TON of different setups and possibilities, and she made it so easy to handle any situations or requests as they came up. Very attentive and an A+++ Peerspace experience.

Yolla was very responive to all our needs and always got back to us in a timely manner. We used the backyard for an outdoor grill shoot and I think it looked better than pictures. Production Notes: plenty of street parking available but we got a permit from FilmLA and shuttled from crew parking. The neighborhood is quiet and it house is a corner lot. The next door neighboor seem very nice but we paid attention not to park in front of their house nor negatively impact the neighboorhood.

What a beautiful home!! Lots of fun areas to shoot. We were able to to get a lot of images & content out of the space. Front yard, back & of course the pool area. Yolla is the perfect hostess. She was there to answer any questions & assist in whatever we needed. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend!
