About the Space

Our converted storefront is spacious, bright and ready for your next production! The vintage boho themed space includes a cozy seating area complete with a plush tufted velvet couch, coffee table, greenery and boho wall decor. The walls are painted bright white and mostly bare to allow a blank slate for your event decor ideas. Large south facing windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day. The vintage tin ceiling tiles add warmth and character to the space. The open floor plan allows you to craft the perfect layout for your next production and provides ample space for your subject, crew and equipment. The space has 11ft ceilings, new floors and copious electrical outlets throughout for A/V equipment and additional lighting. Kindly include your set up and clean up time in your reservation. We're conveniently located on Belmont Ave, walking distance to the Belmont Blue Line CTA Station, the intersection of Pulaski and Belmont and a short drive from 90/94. There's convenient street parking on Belmont and easy keyless entry. You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and to start planning your event! I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
