In addition to the open space with abundant windows for natural light, 12ft ceilings, exposed concrete walls and beautiful hardwood floors, the rental also offers included white back drop and access to color and hand painted backdrops, light stands, apple boxes, full length mirror, changing room, monitor with HDMI hook-up for digital reveals Though primarily a photography studio, the space features a sprung floor, mirrors and flooring suitable for Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and other movement arts. It can also be the setting for events, workshops and even parties or receptions. It is also available for rentals during the busy First Friday Art Walks and offers high visibility to foot traffic during these events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
