Downtown Photo Studio with Great Natural Light + Backdrops This unique photography studio space is located in the heart of Denver's Santa Fe Arts District. With direct access to Santa Fe Drive, the space offers 1100 square feet and 12 foot ceilings, large windows for natural light, access to 910 Art's courtyard and conveniently located to coffee shops and other amenities. The studio offers beautiful natural light and is perfect for photographers or film productions. In addition to the open space with abundant windows for natural light, 12ft ceilings, exposed concrete walls and beautiful hardwood floors, the rental also offers included white back drop and access to color and hand painted backdrops, light stands, apple boxes, full length mirror, changing room, monitor with HDMI hook-up for digital reveals Though primarily a photography studio, the space features a sprung floor, mirrors and flooring suitable for Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and other movement arts. It can also be the setting for events, workshops and even parties or receptions. It is also available for rentals during the busy First Friday Art Walks and offers high visibility to foot traffic during these events.

Lighting description

Tall wall of window to Santa Fe Drive. Natural light can be controlled if using strobes and blind are pulled down. Afternoon is brightest as the sun sets through the large West facing windows.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can hear some occasional coffee shop conversations. Yes, it is a busy street with Santa Fe Drive foot and vehicle traffic. Great visibility. The AC is a swamp cooler but it is regulated by the main building administrator. Not too noisy but it cannot be regulated from the studio. In the colder weather it is always off.

There is a loading zone on Santa Fe. The main studio door is right at the street level.

Bathroom is also a makeup area. Storage can be a wardrobe area.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

The outlets are all around the space including extensions and strips. The circuit breaker can be accessed in the storage area.

General Rules

Renters must adhere to local, state and federal law Avoid loud music or excessive noise Treat space & neighbors with respect No smoking in or within 10' of property No illegal activity or sexual activity Set up/strike time are included in total rental time Leave space as it was found - clean floors, surfaces and take out trash to alley dumpsters

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Anything can be moved as long as it is put back EXACTLY where it was found without damage.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have three cameras in the space for security of our equipment. They are located in the storage area, the main area and near the entrance. These will be on but not monitored during the rental. They are motion censored and record short clips when activated. We respect the privacy of our renter and only access these cameras/recordings in the event that issues are found after renter has exited and finished their rental.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Professional Cleaners two times a week to ensure that the space is clean for rentals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
