With direct access to Santa Fe Drive, the space offers 1300 square feet and 12 foot ceilings, large windows for natural light, access to 910 Art's courtyard and conveniently located to coffee shops and other amenities. Though primarily a photography studio, the space features a sprung floor, mirrors and flooring suitable for Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and other movement arts. It can also be the setting for events, workshops and even parties or receptions. This studio is ideal for yoga, pilates, work out and dance classes. The floor is suitable for tap and tango. Additionally, we have marley, mirrors, and barres for ballet. Bluetooth audio system included. It is also available for rentals during the busy First Friday Art Walks and offers high visibility to foot traffic during these events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
