Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

We've got ya covered! OUR LOFT We have designed our space that not only inspires the creatives that walk through the door but allow you to bring the perfect mood board to life. We've styled a full boho "living room" along with tons of pampas, plants, backdrop paper, and props to inspire any creative rut. Did we mention the brown hardwood floors, high ceilings white/brick walls, custom-built wood backdrops (included in your booking), and a wall of high windows? Our East facing windows offer the perfect cozy morning session or an afternoon glow that isn't harsh. We've also partnered with a local stylist that has provided our space with some unique pieces that are available to use. Our space is perfect for: Couple Sessions Brand Work Editorial Work Intimate Vow Exchanges Lifestyle Sessions Styled Shoots + More **Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, we wouldn't recommend our space for a music video or podcast. PLEASE READ: - The building has spunk but NO elevator, and we're located on the 4th floor, so please keep that in mind. - WE WILL BE ONSITE FOR YOUR BOOKING, but the space has a separate office, so you will have privacy. This non-negotiable. - Please feel free to move stuff around. Bring your vision to life. Just, please put everything back the way it was staged when you arrived. - There may be a rental right after yours, so please account for the cleanup time into your rental. - Space has no WIFI - No animals in the space unless discussed. We love our furry friends but it’s an old space. Thanks for understanding. - The loft is large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Can't wait to see what you create!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Always a wonderful time shooting here. I shoot a range of sessions from couples, boudoir, and headshots and I love how perfect this space is no matter what you are shooting. Dan + Ish are so helpful in helping set up and bring your vision to life. 12/10 recommend!

Woking with Ish and Daniel at Olive was seriously the best. As a planner, I juggle many moving parts, and sometimes that requires a lot of flexibility. Daniel went above and beyond with communication and was so patient while doing so. I planned an editorial shoot and on the day of, Ish was there to address any questions or concerns we may have had. They are the absolute sweetest pair and I highly recommend this cute little gem of a place!

Amazing light, fantastic styling and attention to detail! Ish was there (Daniel's fiance) and he was the freakin best. I had a horrible morning and was in such a shitty mood when I arrived. I think he definitely noticed and was so friendly and kind, striking up conversation with me and suddenly I was in a great mood. There are a lot of studio spaces that are similar to this but what really sets this one apart is the customer service which matters a lot. And I mean also it was just super pretty in there and all my photos turned out great :P.

It's always an awesome experience at Olive. Both Daniel and Ish are so great, friendly and accommodating! You can tell they truly care about making sure everyone has a great experience and feels welcomed. The lighting has always been 10/10, this time we were there closer to sunset and it was a cloudy day but still bright enough for late afternoon photos. The space was clean, organized, and perfect as ever!
