2-HOUR MINIMUM RENTAL Time booked is from ENTRY - to - EXIT (*) 2100 square foot creative space available by the hour -or- day (*) natural flooding light through 10 grand floor-to-ceiling windows (*) motorized light-diffusing shades mimicking softbox lighting (*) makeup station with high seating and vanity lighting (*) six 8' x 12' rolling wall backdrops (*) 2 heavy duty C-stands (*) variety of glam, mid-century modern, contemporary, shabby chic furniture (*) queen-size bed with themed bedding for romantic imagery (*) full assortment of props, throws, rugs, pillow, and plants (*) clothing rack and full-length mirror (*) free wifi and bluetooth speakers (*) 2nd-floor unobstructed views (*) private restroom in studio (*) easy elevator access and ample retail-style parking near front door (*) located just minutes from DNTollway + PGBT WE DO NOT OFFER IN PERSON TOURS VIEW VIRTUAL STUDIO TOUR: https://youtu.be/EdHzM72r4-s Please note we are a natural light studio - Morning until 3pm is the best day light from eastern facing windows. We recommend you bring additional lighting for reservations past 4pm, especially in the winter months. OVERTIME: Your time booked is from ENTRY - to EXIT. Please book enough time to set up, shoot in the space, and clean up after your shoot. This includes returning all props and furniture back to the way you found them. We ask that you be mindful of the reservation starting after you. An overtime fee will be automatically be charged at a rate of $10 for every 5 minutes over the original reservation end time. This overtime charge applies to all guests/clients in your reservation.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

Easy to find and super clean! There was a huge variety of props, backgrounds, and furniture to pick from! The host responded quickly to all of our questions during our booking and was very professional. Will be back in the future!

No, I would not book again.

Not exactly what we had in mind, back-drops are very 2000’s and much of the decor outdated, there is so much furniture and unnecessary props that its hard to get the desired space for shooting when 60% of the space is already filled. I would recommend quality items in your studio over quantity.
