Clients can setup/decorate 2 HOURS before start time at no additional cost, and there is 1 hour after the event ends for breakdown. Tables and folding chairs are included in the rental along with other amenities. (See amenities section). Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 - please inquire for pricing This pricing is for Baby Showers; Gender Reveal; Bridal Shower; Engagement; Dinners; Birthday; Wedding/Reception; Graduation; Anniversary etc. SPECIAL RATES for Pop up Shops and Re-pass. Inquire within. (Custom price will be sent for these events). Affordable open space (white walls) to decorate for your event. Chiavari chairs are an additional price. This space worked perfectly for our baby shower for 55 guests. It was clean, well taken care of, and in the perfect location easily accessible by mass transit. The downstairs serving station was also a huge bonus. Sandra was very attentive and responsive during the planning stage and her husband was extremely helpful the day of. Thank you both for helping us make this baby shower happen. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book with her again.
