Thank you for viewing our space! HOURLY RATES: MON-THUR, $160; FRI and SUN. $200, SAT. $220. We have 2 FLOORS. Please book the actual time of 4 HOURS for your event. Clients can setup/decorate 2 HOURS before start time at no additional cost, and there is 1 hour after the event ends for breakdown. Tables and folding chairs are included in the rental along with other amenities. (See amenities section). Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 - please inquire for pricing This pricing is for Baby Showers; Gender Reveal; Bridal Shower; Engagement; Dinners; Birthday; Wedding/Reception; Graduation; Anniversary etc. SPECIAL RATES for Pop up Shops and Re-pass. Inquire within. (Custom price will be sent for these events). Affordable open space (white walls) to decorate for your event. Chiavari chairs are an additional price. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
